Evans Data: Linux Developers Prefer KDE
Submitted by dvega on Tue, 2003/08/05 - 1:19amA recent study prepared by Evans Data concluded that KDE is the preferred desktop environment amongst Linux developers. 65% of the 600 surveyed said that they currently use KDE, against 56% for GNOME.

LinuxTag 2003: KSpread Development Roadmap

Plans include an Excel export filter as well as switching to the OpenOffice.org Calc format -- read on for the full KSpread Development Roadmap that resulted from the discussions.

Trolltech Releases Qt 3.2

User desktop improvements include a "completely re-written, faster font rendering engine." Developer improvements include new QSplashScreen and QToolBox objects. Looks fun!
